ATOM LL #1, 2013-2014 (Shallow Lake Minor Hockey)

The Owen Sound Ledgerock Shallow Lake Lakers Atom LL #1 faced off against the TCDMHA Rebels for the North Division Atom LL Championship in Keady on Friday March 7, 2014 at 7:00pm.

The Lakers showed up to win today in our first game of the championship series against TCDMHA.

The Owen Sound Ledgerock Shallow Lake Lakers Atom LL #1 team faced a tough battle in the first round of play offs. With 2 games scheduled against the AEMHA Icedogs and 2 games scheduled against the Master’s Workbench Shallow Lake Lakers LL #2 team, our Lakers had to play like they have never played before.

Oskar French Jones, Jonathan Coffey, and Kaiden Henrich got things off to a great start in the first period of our first play-off game against AEMHA. Oskar started things off with 2 goals, followed by a third goal by Jonathan and 2 assists by Kaiden. AEMHA answered early in the second period with 2 goals of their own, followed by another Laker goal by Jarrod Forest, assisted by Darryl Blair.Darryl and Quintin Cardinal then secured the win in the third period with a goal each.
