Dynamic Defence!!
Our Shallow Lake Lakers Peewee LL team travelled north to the Wiarton arena on November 28, 2015. Unfortunately, I do not have a game sheet, nor do I remember the final score, but we did come out on top and with great thanks going to our defensive squad!
The heaters will full on when the game in Wiarton started!
If it was a full moon in the middle of the afternoon, that would not have surprised me in the least! This game had a little bit of everything! With most of the spotlight shining on our amazing offence lately, this game proved that our defence line can win a game for us too!
The squeezing, the back-checking, hard skating and pressure from the entire team resulted in a game that was well-rounded and well-played. And those defence can shoot!
Thanks for an enjoyable game, everything anyone could want and then some! Can't wait til next time!!
