Lakers take the win!
The Shallow Lake Garb and Gear Atom Rep Team travelled to Lions Head on Wednesday night for a WOAA game. The Lakers downed Bruce Peninsula 5-0. The Lakers played like a team and some good passes were made. The forwards made a lot of good plays down low in Bruce Peninsula’s end. Cole netted two goals while Kurt, Kalum and Gavin all scored a single. The defence worked hard at getting the puck out of our end and chipping it in deep in the Bruce Pen end which led to goals being scored. Matthew, Aidan, Quin, Ben, Cole and Jessica assisted on the goals for tonight’s game. Jesse Cunningham came up with a couple of big saves to protect the shut out.
