Lakers Out Ran The Storm
The Lakers were host to the Saugeen Storm AE Midgets last Thursday in Shallow Lake. The Lakers would continue their winning ways with a 4-1 victory. A start that lacked intensity by the Lakers, would see the Storm take a 1-0 lead at the end of the first, but the Lakers would come to life with 4 straight goals.
Luke Heathers would notch back to back goals to take a 2-1 lead in the second, and Liam McIvor would seal the deal with 2 more in the third.
Jed Nuttal only allowed the one marker in net.
Stephen Pilar would get the lone goal for the Storm.
