Lakers Drown The Otters
The Lakers visited Teeswater yesterday afternoon, and played a very dominate game that led to a 8-0 victory. The defensive play by the Lakers was fantastic, and that allowed the offensive side of the team to just keep chipping away, all game long.
The Lakers only took a 3-0 lead to the dressing room after two periods, but would explode with 5 goals in the third period.
Shallow Lake's goal scoring came from Ryan Bisson with 2, Dakota Simkins had 2, Tye Martin also 2, and singles from Kory Brady and Jordan Proctor.
Jed Nuttall would post his second shut-out of the season, while the Lakers have never been held scoreless in their twelve games this year. (8-2-2)
