Lakers Winning Streak Snapped
The Lakers rolled into Lucknow last night to face the Sepoys, with hopes of avenging their only previous loss of the season. However, Lucknow was up for the game too, and went stride for stride with the Lakers. Back and forth scoring would lead to an eventual 6-4 loss for Shallow Lake.
Once again, a significant difference in penalty minutes would be a factor. Of course I am biased, so I will let it go. The third period got a little penalty crazy by both teams, but Lucknow never relinquished the lead they opened up in the first minute of the third.
Shallow Lake goal scoring came from Aaron O'Reilly with 2, and singles from Ernie MacDonnell and Kory Brady.
Six different players would reply for Lucknow.
