Drive Thru Year End Banquet
- Due to Covid our year end awards banquet will be a drive thru format similar to last year. 
- To be held at the arena in Shallow Lake on Saturday June 5th

Annual General Meeting
- Due to Covid this meeting will be set up as a virtual meeting similar to last year
- Tuesday June 8th at 7:30 pm
- Watch for more details and logon information
- All active members of Shallow Lake Minor Hockey are encouraged to attend 

Active Members shall include all elected Executive Members, and all convenors, coaches, managers and trainers appointed for the current season, and all registered players who are at least 18 years of age. Members in this classification will be allowed one vote per person.

Coach Convenor – Elected – two (2) year term
Treasurer - Appointed - one (1) year term
Ice Convenor – Appointed – one (1) year term
Tournament Convenor – Elected - one (1) year term
Referee-In-Chief - Appointed - one (1) year term
Equipment Manager – Elected – one (1) year term
Tyke Convenor – Elected – One (1) year term
Fundraising Committee – Elected - one (1) year term ( 6 positions)
Registrar – Appointed – one (1) year term
Rep Convenor – Appointed – one (1) year term
LL Convenor – Appointed – one (1) year term
Chair for Fundraising committee – Appointed from Fundraising Committee – one (1) year term
Parent Rep shall be an appointed position to a current member of the executive
