Welcome to the next event in our series of Fundraisers for the Shallow Lake Minor Hockey Community! We have the opportunity for our family and friends to purchase Chicken products – plus a couple of other delicious options – from JD Sweid Foods in Elmira.

2. Select Support This Campaign
3. View Products
4. Select the products you wish to purchase and add to your cart
5. View your cart for accuracy and Check Out
6. Fill in the Billing Details (pick up will be at the Arena March 14th)
7. Scroll down and select "Fundraising Individual You are Supporting" - here you can select the team your player is part of
8. Look for an email verifying your order details
- at the bottom you have 3 choices: "Accept" "Cancel" "No Longer Interested"
9. Payment is by e-transfer and the details are on the order page or cash (all payment must be received before Shallow Lake places your order to the company)
Orders can be placed between February 13th and March 4
Pick up will be at the arena on March 18th, time TBD!
