In Person Registration and your chance to WIN your Registration!
Shallow Lake Minor Hockey will be offering two in person registration dates this season.
If you would like to register your player in person, please attend the Shallow Lake Community Centre on the following dates:
Sunday July 23: 3pm-5pm
Wednesday August 23: 6pm - 8pm
Please bring with you the following documents:
1. Players Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residency
How do you WIN your registration?
Register your player on or before August 1 by 11:59 pm to be entered into a draw to WIN your 2023-24 registration.
If you have already registered and paid, don't worry you will still be entered into the draw and if you WIN you will be fully refunded your registration.
