2022-2023 Year End Award Nominations

Every year SLMH likes to recognize a player or volunteer within our organization.  The 2022-23 Year End Nomination forms have been uploaded to our website.  This form can be found here. 

The following special awards are: 
 
Dave Garinger REP Coach of the year
Dave Garinger LL Coach of the year
Harry Lumley Memorial REP Goalie of the year
Harry Lumley Memorial LL Goalie of the year
Ken West Memorial Youth Volunteer of the year
Rob Shouldice Memorial Adult Volunteer of year
 
Nominations must be submitted on or before April 2, 2023.
