U18 LAKERS Heading to OMHA Finals Weekend
The U18 Lakers swept their 2 game semi final series over Drayton to advance to the WOAA Final and the OMHA Finals Weekend.
A change in the OMHA playoffs will see our U18 Laker REP team heading to Windsor on April 8, 9 & 10
to face 7 other teams in the OMHA Finals Weekend. The Lakers finished 1st in the round robin to set up the semi -final series against Drayton were they won games by a score of 4-2 and 3-2 to advance.
The Lakers will meet either Huron Bruce or BCH in the WOAA finals. The winner of the Huron Bruce & BCH semi final will also head to Windsor for the OMHA Finals.
Some of the U18 Lakers were members of the Atom Lakers that won the OMHA title back in 2015.
