We are running the Noah Martins pepperettes and summer sausage as a fundraiser. We are counting on you to help make this fundraiser a huge success like in previous years. Your fundraising efforts will go directly back to SLMH to run some clinics for all children registered with us this year.
All order forms and money are due by Saturday Oct 30. Payment can be made by e-transfer to [email protected] or cheque made payable to SLMH. If paying by e transfer please be sure to include your child’s name and note Noah Martins in the comment section of your transfer. Please hand in your money and form to your team managers by this date.
Orders will be ready for pick up sometime in November. We will send out more info when it is given to us on a pick up date and time.
All SLMH registrants have been emailed a copy of the order form or you can find paper copies at the arena at the check in table.
Managers, please collect your teams forms and payment and put them in the bottom drawer of the Lakers filing cabinet beside the office at the arena.
