Summer Hockey Camp
Submitted By SLMH on Mon 04 29, 13
OT Sports Conditioning (Brad Tiley & Mark O'Leary) is hosting a Hockey Camp August 12th - 16th from 8:30 - 4:30 PM at the Shallow Lake Arena for players 5-14 years of age.

Both Brad and Mark have many years experience as both professional hockey players as well as coaching players from tyke all the way to Junior.  They are both the owners of OT Sports Conditioning, A sports development business that works with many young athletes on and off the ice.

This 5 day camp is a great opportunity for kids to develop their on ice skills and gain a simple understanding of basic strength and conditioning, while at the same time enjoying lots of daily activities and games from baseball, soccer, capture the flag and more.  Each player will be on the ice for at least 2 hours every day.  The on ice focus will be fundamentals like skating, passing and shooting, as well as fun with on ice games and scrimmages.  The off ice portion will focus on balance, core strength and speed and agility drills.  The kids are guaranteed to enjoy themselves and come away with a better understanding of the basic skills needed to excel in the game of hockey.

The cost for the week long camp is $350 per child or $550 for two siblings.

Our website (OT Sports Conditioning) will be updated with the exact daily schedule for each age group closer to the camp date.
