In a show of support to families with children who wish to play hockey, Shallow Lake Minor Hockey Association is again offering FREE REGISTRATION for ALL FIRST TIME HOCKEY PLAYERS (Tyke to Atom – ages 4 to 10 years). This is being made possible by the generous support of Shouldice Designer Stone.
Please note restrictions are based on residential locations.
The FINAL 2011–2012 Minor Hockey Registration will be held on Wednesday, September 14th from 6:30–8:00 PM at the Shallow Lake Arena.
Families are required to bring a copy of child’s birth certificate, plus mileage from their home to the Shallow Lake Post Office and their home to next closest hockey centre’s Post Office. If this is not available, registration will not be accepted.
