OMHA Launches 5000 Puck Challenge
Submitted By SLMH on Friday, January 14, 2011
So, how well do you think your shot would improve if you were to take 5000 shots over a 10-week period?

Think it can’t be done, think again. This program will help you develop your shooting & scoring skills at home.

The Goal: Shoot 5000 pucks in 10 weeks. Increase shot speed, quickness and accuracy. This means 100 shots a day / 5 days a week for 10 weeks!

The Challenge runs from January 17th to April 30th, 2011!
