Tournament is OMHA sanctioned.

First games are to be played Friday evening, October 23, 2015
Final games slated for Sunday afternoon, October 25, 2015

All teams prior to their first game must produce a copy of original approved player roster, approval letter and travel permits (if necessary, see Note below)

Each team roster shall be limited to 19 players (including two goaltenders) and 5 team officials. Changes may be made prior to the first game with the Tournament Registrar (AP players must be included). No additions will be permitted after your first game.

Entry fee is $700.00 per team.

All cheques will be cashed on receipt. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. NSF cheques will be subject to $25.00 administrative fee.

We are happy to announce that xGen Photography will be in attendance.



RULES AND INFORMATION

Each team will be guaranteed 3 games

Teams are placed into divisions of 4 teams

Timing of periods 10-10-15 stop time with ice resurfacing every 2 periods

3 minute warm up prior to each game

Teams will be awarded points for a win, in case of tie in points after First 3 games ties shall be broken by the least goals against. Next tie breaker shall be least penalty minute in all 3 games. Teams with the most points after their 1st 3 game shall advance to a 4th game (Championship game)

Ties in the first 3 games shall be broken by a best of 5 shootout

Ties in 4th games - There shall be a 5 minute sudden death overtime period.

Teams are allowed 1 – 30 second time out per team per game,

All teams are required to be in the arena 1 hour prior to playing time and be ready to play in 30 minutes prior to their posted game times.(Saturday - Sunday)

Any player, coach, manager, or trainer not properly carded, will not be allowed to compete

Classification must correspond to your current OMHA registration

OMHA rules shall apply, including coach & trainer certification, and Suspensions

All protests must be brought to tournament director within 30 minutes of game ending.

If any member of a team is deemed responsible for any damage to the arena the team shall be held responsible for cost.

OMHA teams must include the written permission of the President and Contact Person of the local Minor Hockey Association.
