Lakers Pull Ahead...
The Shouldice Designer Stone Shallow Lake Lakers Peewee Rep team once again
pulled into the lead this weekend.
After getting a free pass in the first round of OMHA playoffs, the Lakers entered round 2 against TCDMHA. The Lakers took the first game with a 3-1 win. Then TCDMHA finished ahead in a 5-4 overtime win in game #2. The two teams met again on Saturday January 30, 2016 in Shallow Lake where the Shouldice Designer Stone Shallow Lake Lakers came out strong and finished the game with an 8-0 win. Spencer Davidson started the scoring off for the Lakers early in the first period and added a second goal in the third. Ben Shouldice also contributed 2 goals, while Gavin Gibbons, Kurt Indoe, Cole Deiter and Aidan Christie all added singles. The next game in this 6 point series is set for Wednesday February 3 in Keady. Go Lakers Go!!!
