JOSH'S FIRST GOAL!!!!
All those enjoying our team's 2nd playoff game against our rivals, the Atom LL #1 team, on Feb. 21/14 were able to share and enjoy the best moment of the hockey season for our teammate, Josh Cassidy! Congratulations Josh on scoring your first-ever goal of your hockey career! And it couldn't have come at a better time!
The first period was scoreless. Need I say more?
With a never-give-up attitude, Spencer Davidson opened up the scoring for The Masterworkbench Atom #2 team in the 2nd period, assisted by Shake and Bake Teammate, Jake Ross.
With minutes to go in the third period, Josh Cassidy fielded a beauty pass from teammate Jake Ross, and in perfect position, netted his first hockey career goal! We were on all our feet cheering for you Josh! Well-deserved!
And, let's admit it, the timing couldn't have been better :)
We missed you Kylan, Meghan and Logan!!
