Elma Logan Tourney
2nd tournament of the year and 2nd time finalists!
The Peewee's played 4 games in the Elma Logan tourney making it to the final game on Sunday.
First game they played Elma Logan and won 4-3. Goals were scored by Zac (2), Mathew (1) and Jeremy (1). Jeremy, Zac and Mathew all got three points each that game.
Second game lost to Plattsville 5-1. Goal scored by Mathew. Assisted by Jeremy and Jared.
Third game we played Arran-Elderslie, Will got a shut-out and we scored 4 goals. Goals scored by Jeremy, Mathew, Zac and Dylan. Jared and Jeremy got 3 points each that game.
Fourth game we played Plattsville again. At the end of the second period the score was 1-0 for Plattsville. The kids played great but had a few bad bounces around the last 6 minutes of the game and the game ended with a score of 5-0 for the strong Plattsville team. The Lakers put up a good fight for the entire game and never gave up.
