Great Series
It was 4 hard fought games but unfortunately the Monarchs were just to much to handle. The effort from the entire team was terrific and each player should hold their heads high. Our season playoffs have come to an end but not before we all learned a lesson that will follow us forever! NEVER GIVE UP!
We were down 3-0 half way through the 2nd period and before you knew it we were right back in the game with goals from Kaleb Slater with a pair, Jake Ross and Wyatt Hickson each with singles. Matthew Boulter, Jake Ross, Joseph Weiler and Tyler Mckee each had assists. We battled hard but came up short falling to Miilday 6-4.
Wipe the tears away boys and be proud of the wonderful season we had. All season we played as a team. We win together and we lose together. Most important we STAND together!
Get some rest because we are heading for 2 days of hockey in Huntsville. 4 games guaranteed and a hotel for 2 days with a pool and some ice cold beverages. I can't think of a better way to end our hockey season.
