FINALLY- First win for Atom LL#2
Once again the two Shallow Lake Local League teams went head to head. Chris started us off with our first goal in period one to give us the lead. Lots of great Hockey from all with no goals on either side in period two.
A nail biting third period in which we saw outstanding goal tending by Alex S. kept us in the lead. Great defensive play by Alex P and Tyler held our 1-0 lead into the last minute of the third period. Chris sealed the deal with a beautiful shot from the blue line into an empty net. Congratulation on your first win, the celebration in the dressing room was well deserved.
