Austin Holley Memorial Fall Shoot-Out Tournament
What a great tournament!
Wiarton- Fri. Oct 28th and Sat October 29th
Harold Sutherland Novice LL#2 team opened the hockey year by enjoying some great wins, lots of firsts and with medals and awards abounding
Our first game Friday night (vs. Bruce Peninsula) highlighted how our team can really work together (just check out the number of assists with every goal). It was sheer pleasure to watch all our players passing, coaching and encouraging their team mates on. That's how hockey is played!

On Saturday we played our own Shallow Lake LL#1 team and were defeated despite a fabulous well matched game.
No goals were scored by us as the goalie was solid.

Our third game of the tournament against the other Bruce Peninsula team was very exciting! Another win and the following awards:
First Novice Goal: Anderson
Hat Trick Award: Quintin and Darryl
MVP of the game: Bennett
Our team's own Quintin took home the local league award for the shoot-out.
